Forefoot Offloading ShoeInstructions for Use

Please read these instructions completely and carefully before applying this product. Correct

application is important for proper function of this brace.

1. Place foot inside the shoe and make sure the heel is touching the back of the shoe.

2. Secure the forefoot strap and ankle strap. Do not over tighten the straps.

Indications: Stablization of metatarsal fracture, post-op immobilization of phalangeal and metatarsal procedures.

Use and Care:Clean with damp cloth. Dry thoroughly before next use. Shoe maybe hand laundered with mild detergent in warm water and air dried. The sole may be wiped clean with damp cloth.Notes:For single patient use only.Warning:This product is to be used under the supervision of a medical profess-ional.
