Xth MEETING OF THE INTERNATIONAL OF THE FORUMS THE ADVENTS OF THE REAL AND THE PSYCHOANALYST
D E B A T E O N W H A T P O L I T I C S F O R T H E L A C A N I A N F I E L D ’ S P O L I C Y Organized by the College of Representatives (CRIF)
09:30-10:45 > (Room 112)Animated by Trinidad Sánchez-Biezma and María Teresa Maiocchi
First question: How to address the problem of the One that we must face? Overview and perspective. Since 1998 this problem changed for us as well as our hierarchical structures; nevertheless, it has not disappeared, the whole of the delegates’ minutes testify to it. Twenty years ago, with Heterity 1, we started off on the promise of finding a way out of fabricated forced choices between “dis-persion and totalization, between babelization and a commanded unison”. What about it now?
Question in charge of Spain and Northern South America binomials: Josep Monseny (Fòrum Barcelona, Spain), Camila Vidal (Forum Santiago-Vigo, Spain), Patricia Muñoz and María Victoria Grillo (Forum de Medellín, Colombia).
10:45-12:00 > (Room 112)Animated by Ana Laura Prates Pacheco and Colette Soler
Second question: What can be rightfully said in the name of psychoanaly‑sis within the Lacanian Field? Current events provide everyone with many opportunities to take sides on social, financial and cultural politics; however, on which precise topics may we express ourselves as IF-SPFLF in order to achieve the goals set twenty years ago in our Charter? This question comes before knowing “how to make ourselves heard?” It is a question concerning our orientation as Lacanian Field.
Question in charge of Brazil and France binomials: Antonio Quinet (Forum de Rio de Janeiro, Brasil), Rodrigo Pinto Pacheco (Fórum de São Paulo, Brazil), Marc Strauss (Forum France) and Naïs Bastide (Forum du Brabant, Belgium).
12:00–13:15 > (Room 112)Animated by Gladys Mattalia and Gabriela Zorzutti
Third question: To what extent did our education and transmission me‑chanisms meet the challenge of subversion that is proper to analytical discourse? It is a certain thing that our established educational structures, as well as our practices concerning recruitment of members in Forums, Clinical Colleges and even the School considerably restrict the scope of what was deter-mined by Lacan’s phrase “anyone teaching does so at their own peril”; they even raise the question of what is it that is actually transmitted. An analysis and an overview are required.
Question in charge of Argentina binomial: Gabriel Lombardi (Foro Analítico del Río de la Plata, Argentina) and Alejandro Rostagnotto (Foro Mediterráneo Córdoba, Argentina).

Fourth question: What is the status of international solidarity within the IF‑SPFLF today? Both our principles of initiative and solidarity enshrined in the Charter anticipated the pitfalls of analytical groups: inertia and fragmenta-tion. In twenty years initiatives multiplied and our movement expanded conside-rably; however, what is the status of our international cohesion—irrespective of the obstacles of language and geography?
Question in charge of the English-speaking zone: Leonardo Rodríguez (Forum of Melbourne, Australia) and Devra Simiu (Washington Forum, USA).
13:30-15:30 > Lunch break
15:30-17:00 > Advents of the missed encounter (Room 112)• Clara Bermant. Advents of the missed encounter: the newborn.• Bernard Lapinalie. What way of access for the advent of the real
of the unconscious in a psychoanalysis?• Beatriz Elena Maya. Advent of the real; punctuations on
“a new signifier”.• Silvia Migdalek. Structural segregation and the psychoanalytic
institution Chair: Antonio Quinet and Bernard Toboul
17:00-18:30 > Traumas under transference (Room 112)• Patrick Barillot. What effects of sense for touching the real?• Sandra Berta. The Borromean trauma… implications for the future of
psychoanalysis.• Josep Monseny. From the transference to “troumatisme” and the
psychoanalytic experience.• Elisabete Thamer. The advent of the real and the end of analysis. Chair: Jean Pierre Drapier and Marcelo Mazzuca
