The facility fee ensures exclusive use of Balmule House and gardens from 2pm onthe day of your wedding until 11am the next day. The exclusive use cost includes theBridal Suite and a further eight bedrooms.

• 5m x 5m Dance Floor: Varnished wood effect

• Supply of ‘Posh Loos’, the units combine quality fixtures and fittings with consumables to ensure the highest standard of hygiene.

Pre-Wedding accommodationShould you or any of your guests, who will be staying on the night of your wedding, wish to arrive a night early, we are pleased to offer a discounted rate on the following room types. These rates are inclusive of breakfast.

Once you have chosen your date you may hold this on a provisional basis for 7 days without obligation.

To secure the date we require a non-refundable deposit of 40% of your package cost. The balance is payable 24 weeks prior to your wedding.

Any bookings not confirmed after 7 days will be released without notification.

Evening guests do not incur a supplementary charge, however should you wish to cater for

your evening guests our evening buffet starts at £10 per person, drinks packages are optional.

Should your guests wish to share the cost of your day with you, a breakdown of the rooms

costs are below.

Alcohol & Corkage policy

Balmule House supports a responsible alcohol policy. No alcohol can be brought onto the

premises. We do not operate a corkage policy. Any unauthorised alcohol will be disposed of

immediately, and the guest may be asked to leave the property.

Damage Policy

Any excessive damage or cleaning costs to property or equipment as a direct consequence of

the contracted event will be the responsibilities of the signatories. A refundable reparations

deposit of £1,500.00 is payable one month before the event and returnable one month

after the event.
