Nadya mainly practices Swedish, Deep Tissues, Reflexology, and Prenatal massage. She has also completed courses in Pediatric and Hot Stone mas- sage techniques. In 2006, Nadya completed her first Massage Therapy course in Almaty City, Kazakhstan. In 2008, she continued learning new techniques and working with clients with different needs, including athletes. After moving from Russia to the United States, Nadya decided to further her education. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Exercise Science at the Univer - sity of Central Florida and attained her certification as a massage therapist through the Florida Board of Massage Therapy. She also received approval from the Virginia Board of Nursing. Nadya is excited to work at the Weinstein JCC, and she hopes everyone will find time to let their bodies and minds relax and enjoy the many benefits of a massage!
