Primary Audience

The primary audience of The Descent consists of females, Age ranging from 15 to 25 year olds, who are massive fans of horror flicks. Females who tend to watch this film are fascinated by the strong willed all female cast. Also the blood and gore shown through out. I have showed strong willed women in my pictures to represent the strong adventurous women in the film. The social economic grouping for this audience is E.

Secondary Audience

The secondary audience is males, 15 to 25 year olds, who are horror fans. They come under social economic group E. The reason why men would be intrigued by the film is because it has females in and that is sex appeal. The other reason men will watch it is because of Neil Marshalls past successful films. It will also appear for major horror fans.

Additional Audience.

The additional audience is sports lovers and people who love adventure. Both females and males will be interested. Females because they will be intereged by strong willed women. Males will watch it because they class women as sex symbols and would be intrusted in watching strong willed women. The reason why sports people and adventure people will watch it is because it is an adventurous film.
