1. disassemble the cluster

2. Power up the cluster with the VAG blue plug and write down the exact

mileage

3. Remove the cover and shorten the oszillator

4. read out and save the Dataset with Audi->A6->A6 2002 VDO->VDO2002

R+W->Port 1

5. Clock the Dashboard with the VAG-blue plug min 25 miles. Frequencyband is

100-500 Hz. Don´t clock faster than max speed.

6. Power off and on and write down the exact 2nd mileage

7. Remove the cover and shorten the oszillator

8. read out and save the Dataset with Audi->A6->A6 2002 VDO->VDO2002

R+W->Port 1

9. Use Audi->A6->A6 2002 VDO->A6 decrypt to calculate the 3rd dataset

with the new miles

10. Write the complete 3rd dataset with Audi->A6->A6 2002 VDO-

>VDO2002 R+W->Port 1

11. Check the new miles with the VAG blue cable

Multiply all mileage with 1,609
