If we are required to cancel the cruise for any reason, all packages will be refunded in full.

We will notify you of any changes that will impact your ceremony as soon as we can. Please ensure you are familiar with our cruise Terms and Conditions.

LEGAL MATTERS FOR WEDDINGS AND CIVIL UNION CEREMONIESWeddings and civil unions will be conducted in accordance with Australian law in Australian ports and New Zealand law in New Zealand ports. For legal reasons, civil unions can only be conducted in New Zealand. Renewal of vows and commitment ceremonies are not recognised by law.

It is your responsibility, in conjunction with your registered celebrant, to determine whether you are legally free to enter into a marriage or civil union and to ensure that your ceremony is conducted in accordance with the relevant laws. You should seek independent legal advice about the recognition of your marriage or civil union in other countries as laws vary.

P&O Cruises does not accept liability for invalid marriages or civil unions as a result of the parties’ failure to comply with relevant laws of their country of domicile.
