1, Location and access

The property is located southeast of the community of Grassy narrows on highway 6 71 (The .Iones Road), 71 km north of the trans-Canada high\\ay at Kenora.

2, Property descriptions

The property is on relatively low ground and rolling \\ith massive dark pink to brmvn colored porphyritic rock which is medium coarse-grained.

3, Property visit & extraction of the rock.<;

Tim shiels visited the property on 14 and 15 June, 20 I 0 to extract tive sample rocks for our sampling purposes. Tools used for extraction were a sledge hammer and a portable hand drilling. Details of the locations of the rocks extracted are as follows. also as shown on key map attached.

Each block measured ahout 1 O"x6''xlC All these blocks were extracted from the located arc as which showed promise of quarrying rocks. The top of the overburden was lirst

stripped, cleared off' unwanted materials so that good exposure of the rock could be seen. Then shallow drilling was carried out to extract a good small block from the site. to ensure that good polished samples wuld be produced. This is to determine the market potentiality of the rocks. No trench or bench were drilled since this is an initial investigation.

4, Cutting & polishing

All these blocks were shipped to Vancouver and were <.:ul into tiles and polished. \Ve found the color and texture to be consistent and most importantly marketable. l~urther work has to be done.

5, Bulk sampling & aggregate permit

As a result of this initial investigation, the company has applied for a bulk sampling permit for extraction of I ,000 tons. Once we have positive feedback from our customers. the company would proceed with full production under an aggregate permit.

HARVIK LAKE GRANITE PROPERTY: CLAIM NO 3007282

Location & Access

The property is located south east of the Grassy Narrows Indian Reserve on Highway 671 (the Jones Road), 71 km north of Trans Canada Highway at Kenora. Ontario.

Property/Geology Descriptions

The property is relatively on high ground. The rock in this area is coarse grained, porphyritic, and an attractive brown feldspar megacrysts.

Drilling & Sampling

On May 10, 2010 and June 14 2010 through to June 17 2010, Kenny Ee and Timothy Shiels respectively visited the property to primarily evaluate the potential for a granite quarry. The deposit is massive comprising of brown porphyritic rock which is suitable for dimension stone since fractures are scarce. Five sample blocks of various sizes were extracted with a hand drilling machine from five different locations as shown in the map. Photos of the five small blocks are attached with details of the sizes and UTMs.

Three of these five small blocks were cut into 20x20x2cm and polished with resin. The granite samples look great with its brilliant polish. Moreover, all the samples from the three blocks show consistent brown color and texture. The other two blocks were hand-carried to China for cutting and polishing and the polished samples would be shown to potential customers.

Conclusion:

Since brown granite color for wall cladding and countertops are greatly in demand in the international market, Besco International would engage a consultant to apply for an aggregate permit to commence full production.
