Mineral Prospect Generation Group – Robert Freeman Page 3

Introduction

The Ghost Pond property consists of three claim licenses 021525M containing 22 claims, 021526M

containing 8 claims and 021527M containing 10 claims. All three licenses are held by Robert Freeman.

Geology and historic mineral occurrences within the claims demonstrate strong potential for discovery

of both precious and base metals. Past work in the immediate area resulted in the discoveries of gold,

copper and Zinc in both surface sampling and diamond drilling. Recent work has served to confirm the

gold mineralization documented in past work.

The property is located inland from Nortre Dame Bay in Central Newfoundland and situated on geology

of the Roberts Arm Formation, a trend that contains numerous past mines and new advanced

exploration projects. Access to the property is excellent, facilitated via a paved provincial highway,

logging roads and trails.

The Robert’s Arm Group is a Mid-Ordovician marine volcanic, sub volcanic and volcaniclastic succession

which can be traced from Notre Dame Bay in the north to the area of Lake Bond in the south. The

Robert’s Arm Group hosts several massive sulphide deposits: Pilley’s Island and Crescent Lake in the

north and Gullbridge and Lake Bond in the south.

The Buchans Group, which is correlative with the Robert’s Arm Group hosts, the prolific Buchans ore

bodies, the producing Duck Pond mine owned by Tech Resources, the Mary March high grade massive

sulphide deposit, the Tulks South discovery and numerous other deposits that are being aggressively

explored.

The Central and Nortre Dame Bay areas of Newfoundland are experiencing heightened exploration and

mine development activity. Copper, Zinc, Silver, Gold and Lead are some of the minerals being explored

for and mined in the region.

Two gold mills are operating near Baie Verte, the Pine Cove Mill owned by Anaconda Resources and the

Nugget pond mill owned by Rambler Mining and Metals.

Past work on an adjoining claim resulted in the discovery of a high grade gold occurrence at the Chignic

prospect (>19 g/t Au). Historic data contain reports on widespread copper discoveries that have been

traced over a 4 km long, significant trend that occurs within claim license 021525M.

Local historic exploration work included prospecting, sampling, line cutting, and geological mapping,

diamond drilling and geophysical surveys including: Magnetometer, VLF, HLEM (Max-min) and IP

surveys. The initial gold discovery was made by Noranda.

The Copper prospects identified at the Rust Pond, Round Pond and Ghost Pond zones on current license

021525M remain under explored by modern techniques yet have demonstrated grades that warrant

future exploration effort.

Field work on these claim licenses needed to be completed on or before 2014/10/24. A report of the

work was required on or before 2014/12/23. Robert Freeman requested a 60 day Condition 3 extension

of time consequently the extended report deadline was 2015/02/23. This Year 1 report covers

prospecting and sampling field work completed prior to 2014/10/24 and historic data compilation. Total;

expenditures of $9,191.00 are being reported for year 1.

Accessibility and Infrastructure

Direct access to the property is provided via the Robert’s Arm Highway, provincial highway route 380

which transects the property, and by numerous well-maintained logging roads. Various ATV and past

exploration access trails have been established to the major showings on the property.

The area has a history and culture of gold, base metals and industrial minerals mining. The major centres

for the region are the towns of Buchans, Baie Verte and Springdale, which offer several mining and

exploration service providers, deep water ocean loading facilities, hotels, schools, shopping, medical

facilities and recreational facilities.

Physiographic Setting

The area is rough and hilly with a heavy forest cover for the most part and a few small bogs. Areas at the

mouth of streams flowing into local ponds are relatively swampy with evidence of beaver dams and

water backup. Overall the drainage of the area is to the northeast. Several ponds exist on the property;

these are interconnected by small streams and brooks. Average elevation is 75 m with relief in the 75 m

range. Some hills and ridges exceed 100 meters in height.

Regional Geology and Tectonic Setting

Geological Province: Appalachian

Tectonic Zone: Dunnage

Stratigraphic Unit: Roberts Arm Group

Geological Age: Ordovician (undifferentiated)

Rock Type(s): Pillowed lava, pillow breccia, chert, tuff, greywacke.

Regional 1:50 000 scale mapping of the Robert's Arm Group has resulted in a new stratigraphic and

structural interpretation for the area (Kerr, 1996). The group can be subdivided into four calc- alkaline

basalt-dominated terranes which are structurally overlain by the tholeiitic basalt-dominated Crescent

Lake terrane. The calc-alkaline terranes in ascending structural order include: 1) the Boot Harbour

terrane, which contains abundant submarine felsic volcanic rocks, 2) the Pilley's Island terrane, which

contains fragmental felsic volcanic rocks interpreted to have been erupted into shallow water, 3) the

Mud Pond terrane, which consists of strongly hematized and epidotized pillow lava, and 4) the Triton

terrane, which consists of fresh pillow basalt and abundant mafic intrusive rocks.

The five terranes are separated by a series of variably steepened, south to southeast-dipping, north-

directed thrust faults. The distribution of the calc-alkaline terranes is interpreted to represent the

disrupted lower limb of a northward-overturned anticlinal nappe structure (Kerr, 1996).

Within the Pilley's Island terrane on Pilley's Island a series of low angle thrust faults have been identified

(Thurlow, 1996). These faults define two antiformal stack structures which are both bounded by a floor

thrust, termed the "Liquor Street Fault Zone" and a roof thrust termed the "Hoskin's Cove Fault". A

culmination in basaltic rocks below the Liquor Street Fault Zone occurs between the two stacks. The

western stack occurs near Spencer's Dock, where it plunges to the south and opens to the west under

the waters of Sunday Cove. The eastern stack, which hosts the old mine deposits, also plunges to the

south and is described as the mirror image of the western stack (Thurlow, 1996).

Silurian sedimentary rocks of the Springdale Group unconformably overlie a number of the calc-alkaline

terranes indicating pre-Middle Silurian imbrication (Kerr, 1996). Subsequent deformation is interpreted

to be of a largely brittle nature related to movement along major structures such as the Lobster Cove

Fault.

Local Geology

The Ghost pond property is located in the Nortre Dame Bay Region of Newfoundland. The Notre Dame

Bay region is home to over 30 past base metal mines (Copper – Zinc) several hundred mineral showings,

numerous advanced exploration projects and several producing mines.

Page 9: Year 1 work report claim licenses 021525M, 021526M and 021527M · YEAR 1 WORK REPORT CLAIM LICENSES 021525M, 021526M AND 021527M Map Sheet: NTS 2E / 05 Roberts Arm Assessment Period

The property is underlain predominantly by rocks of the Robert’s Arm Group consisting primarily of

basalt, pillow lava, minor greenschist, mafic breccias and felsites of the Mud Pond-Boot Harbour and

Crescent Lake Terranes. (lesser amounts of greywacke, chert and siltstone of the Mud Pond-Boot

Harbour Terrane and Crescent Lake Formation and minor gabbro dykes and sills).

Several NE-SW trending faults have been mapped and/or interpreted for the property area and most

geological units have been brought into parallelism with these faults.

A 3.5km zone of chlorite alteration, silicification and pyrite mineralization has been documented on the

property in the Rust Pond to Fourth Pond region and several smaller altered and mineralized zones have

been documented elsewhere on the property.

Figure 4: General local geology of claim area

The area of the Chignic gold prospect is underlain by pillow basalt, felsic fragmental rocks and deformed

red chert. The red chert, which hosts the gold mineralization, occurs as a small shear zone-bounded lens

within variably deformed felsic fragmental rocks. The chert lens is approximately 5 to 7 m wide and 20

m long. The lens trends east-west and appears to dip steeply to the south. The chert is highly fractured

and cut by numerous pyrite and quartz veinlets and clots. Two sets of specularite-coated fractures,

which strike 135° and 90°, dip 35° E, and vertically respectively, also cut the chert.

The Rust Pond - Ghost Pond area is dominated by a sequence of variably deformed, strongly hematized

Page 10: Year 1 work report claim licenses 021525M, 021526M and 021527M · YEAR 1 WORK REPORT CLAIM LICENSES 021525M, 021526M AND 021527M Map Sheet: NTS 2E / 05 Roberts Arm Assessment Period

and epidotized, locally variolitic pillow lava, pillow breccia and lesser intermediate pyroclastic

rocks. Sporadic sulphide mineralization has been traced from Round Pond in the northeast to Rust Pond

in the southwest over a strike length of 3.5 km (McNamee, 1959). The mineralization, as evident from

drill core, is developed mainly within chloritized mafic volcanic rocks (pillow lava and pillow

breccia). Breccia fragments are typically bleached and exhibit altered rims indicating post-depositional

alteration. However, both southwest of Rust Pond and northeast of Round Pond disseminated sulphide

mineralization is developed within what appears to be strongly altered pyroclastic rocks, which

MacQuarrie (1976) termed a dacitic breccia.

At the Fifields Pond showing is hosted by sedimentary rocks of the Upper Ordovician or Lower Silurian

Sops Head Complex (Bostock, 1988). The complex is comprised of volcanic and clastic sedimentary rocks

and is subdivided into the Fault Sliver Zone and the Shale Wedge Zone. The latter consists of

interbedded shale, siltstone and greywacke, with lesser volcanic and pyroclastic rocks.

The Fifields Pond showing consists of disseminated pyrite and arsenopyrite in siliceous siltstone of the

Shale Wedge Zone.

Regional Mineralization

The Robert’s Arm Group hosts several massive sulphide deposits: Pilley’s Island and Crescent Lake in the

north and Gullbridge and Lake Bond in the south. The Buchan’s Group which is correlative with the

Robert’s Arm Group hosts the prolific Buchan’s ore bodies.

The Pilley’s Island Mine is associated with a felsic dome and exhibits classic Kuroko environment

characteristics. The old Pilley’s Island Mine was mined for pyrite + S around the turn of the century, but

still had reserves of 1.16 million tonnes grading 1.23% Cu in 1991. Several other small showings were

also documented on Pilley’s Island but tonnage and grade numbers. The Bull Road Showing returned an

assay of 12.42% Zn, 0.95% Pb, 3.8% Cu and 0.71% g/t Ag over 4.6m.

The Crescent Lake Mine consisted of a series of quartz veins with chalcopyrite, pyrite +/- sphalerite +/-

galena, +/- pyrrhotite hosted but intensely chloritized and quartz-pyrite stockworked pillow basalts.

Known reserves of 4,430 tons grade 0.92% Cu and 0.35 oz/t Ag.

The Lake Bond deposit is hosted by highly altered pillow lavas which are pervasively chloritized and

locally silicified. Ore reserves are estimated at 2-4 million tonnes grading 0.22-1.0% Cu and 1.35-4.0%

Zn. The Gullbridge Mine which is hosted in altered pillow lavas produced 3 million tonnes of 1.1% Cu

from 1967-1972.

The Buchans Group, which is continuous with and equivalent to the Robert’s Arm Group to the north,

hosts the well-known prolific volcanogenic Buchan’s deposits which consist of 17 million tonnes of ore

grading 14.51% Zn, 7.56% Pb, 1.33% Cu, 126 g/t Ag and 1.37 g/t Au. The Buchan’s and Robert’s Arm

Groups host numerous other base and precious metal showings.

Although no systematic, concerted efforts to explore for gold in the Robert’s Arm Group was conducted

prior to the Noranda work reported in 1991(Andrews 1991) there were however a few gold occurrences

that were documented in prior years.

The Handcamp prospect 13 km’s south is hosted by sheared quartz-sericite, altered argillite, chert and

felsic tuffs consists of quartz-pyrite +/-magnetite veins in a 50m wide zone with 1,200m of strike length.

Significant gold values have been reported locally from the red chert (Franc de Ferriere, 1978; Hudson

and Swinden, 1989), where it is cut by small sulphide veinlets. (Similar geology to the Chignic prospect

on our property) Franc de Ferriere (1978) also reported that gold values in excess of 0.1 oz/t were

obtained from white cherts. However, these white cherts are considered to be highly siliceous felsic

volcanic rocks as they contain small euhedral feldspar phenocrysts. These rocks also commonly contain

abundant disseminated pyrite. Grab samples from the sericite schist have assayed up to 158.9 g/t Au

(Franc de Ferriere, 1978); samples collected from the red chert assayed up to 2.5 g/t Au (Hudson and

Swinden, 1989).

Also at the Handcamp property samples collected from trenches assayed up to 3.78% Pb, 1.9% Zn,

0.82% Cu, and 13.6 oz/ton combined Au and Ag, but assays were generally much lower. Assays from

drillholes put down by the Newfoundland government in 1941 were 0.39 oz/ton Au and 1.64 oz/ton Ag.

Assays from drillholes put down by Orenado Mines Ltd., 1956 were 0.44% Cu, 1.61% Pb, 2.35% Zn, 0.16

oz/ton Au and 2.78 oz/ton Ag (DeGrace, 1976).

Duval International reported 4.9 g/t Au (grab) and 0.76 g/t Au over 5.5m channel in sheared, silicified

and pyritized tuffs and siltstones in the Kippen’s Ridge area south of the ghost pond claim blocks.

At Hammer Cove, 1km east of Robert’s Arm, a quartz breccia vein with chalcopyrite, galena and pyrite

assayed 2.4 g/t Au. In Measles Cove, 1.5km east of Robert’s Arm, calcite veins with chalcopyrite in

silicified basalt assayed 0.7 g/t Au over 1.4m (1.5 g/t Au, grab). In Bear Cove 1.5km NE of Robert’s Arm,

silicified basalt with pyrite and galena returned 6.8 g/t Au (grab). Also, in a trench at the Crescent Lake

Mine, a channel sample returned an assay of 0.7 g/t Au over 1.3m.

The Rust Pond - Ghost Pond area is dominated by a sequence of variably deformed, strongly hematized

and epidotized, locally variolitic pillow lava, pillow breccia and lesser intermediate pyroclastic rocks.

Sporadic sulphide mineralization has been traced from Round Pond in the northeast to Rust Pond in the

mineralization is developed within what appears to be strongly altered pyroclastic rocks, which

MacQuarrie (1976) termed a dacitic breccia.

Brinex hole 61-5 drilled at Rust Pond intersected 1.7% Cu over 11.4 ft (Smajorie, 1961). Subsequent

drilling (Brinex, 1962) intersected similar mineralization, grading up to 2.93% Cu over 4 ft in hole 62-12.

Round Pond Cu, Pb, Zn Prospect

Drill core from Round Pond, Ghost Pond and Rust Pond exhibit stockwork-style stringer and

disseminated pyrite and minor chalcopyrite associated with black chlorite.

Volcanogenic sulphide mineralization within the Buchans - Robert's Arm Belt occurs in mature calc-

alkaline shallow submarine volcanic rocks, chiefly in areas of extensive felsic volcanism. They are

generally polymetallic (lead-zinc-copper-gold-silver) but some are simple pyrite-chalcopyrite deposits

and others are simple stockworks containing chalcopyrite and pyrite only. Barite occurs as a capping in

some massive ores and, in the case of the slumped and transported ores at Buchans, the barite occurs as

fragments in brecciated ore. Cherty iron formation occurs in association with some deposits (Dean,

1977).

Other Mineral Occurrences

Several other showings exist within the property area that have seen only very limited early prospecting

work. At the Fifields Pond South occurrence located on claim license 021527M; past results include 2.27

g/t Au, 1.41 g/t Au and 1.47 g/t Au in surface samples obtained from a sericite sheer zone in siltstone.

This occurrence is hosted in sedimentary rocks and as such it presents an interesting new type of target

on this property

Selected Assays From Historic Property Work

Past Exploration Work in the Property Area

The property has been explored in the past with various techniques and equipment. Past work included

stripping, prospecting, sampling, line cutting, and geological mapping, diamond drilling and geophysical

surveys including: Magnetometer, VLF, HLEM (Max-min) and IP surveys. Past exploration work took

place at various times from 1961 – 2013 with much of the individual activities being of scope that was

local to specific mineral occurrences.

A search of the Newfoundland and Labrador Geological Survey data reveals that a total of eleven (11)

assessment reports have been filed by past owners of claims covering the claims area. The assessment

reports reviewed by the author are itemized under the references section of this report.

The area of Chignic gold prospect has had a considerable amount of past exploration work and a series

of different claim holders have held ground in the past that covered all or part of the present claim

license.

Noranda Exploration Company Limited discovered gold mineralization at the Chignic prospect in 1989

(Andrews, 1990) as part of regional exploration of the Rust Pond - Ghost Pond area. Noranda conducted

prospecting, geochemical and geophysical surveys and trenching in 1989 and 1990. Noranda reported a

grab sample of the Chignic showing of over 19 g/t and a 3 meter chip sample of 6.18 g/t gold.

Grubstake management reported on the results of a two hole diamond drilling program conducted in

1995. In 1996, two more drill holes were drilled by Grubstake and an IP geophysical survey was carried

out (Harris, 1996). Several of the IP anomalies discovered by this survey were not drilled or were missed

by the drill program. The best results were obtained from DDH RAC – 01 – 95 where gold bearing

mineralization was intersected at various depths along the drill core.

Review of a 2003 report by Robert Stares titled First Year Assessment Report File Number

002E/05/1303, revealed the following information. Stares reported that prospecting on the Chignic

property consisted of re-sampling of the old showings and prospecting around the immediate area.

The Stares report summarized prospecting work that yielded 6 rock samples obtained from the outcrop.

One grab sample gave an assay of 11,629 ppb Au (11.6 g/t) and a three meter chip sample ran 5,600ppb

(5.6 g/t) gold . Copies of assay certificates published in the stares 2003 report are included in the

Appendixes.

Sampling in 2006 by the David Walsh confirmed the mineralization at the Chignic prospect and resulted

in grab samples that returned assays up to 3.8 g/t gold. Walsh also reported that previous drilling by

Grubstake Management missed several strong IP anomalies that were identified by the Harris 1996

geophysical survey.

In 1960 New Jersey Zinc reported the discovery of two chalcopyrite, sphalerite and galena-bearing

boulders which returned assays of 5.8% Zn, 0.32 opt Ag and 6.55% Zn, 1.85% Pb, 0.8% Cu and 1.05 opt

Ag respectively. The source of this mineralization has yet to be determined.

Diamond drilling was conducted on the Rust Pond alteration zone by Brinex and New Jersey Zinc. Two

holes were drilled in 1961 and an additional eight holes were drilled in 1962. Only the locations of the

two 1961 holes have been included in figure 9. The other eight holes are in the same area but were not

plotted in the NL GeoScience Atlas Drill Hole Data on which figure 9 is based. However review of

available data reveals that the 1962 drilling intersected sulphides that assayed significant copper values.

Hard copy of the 1962 report is available from the NL mines Library.

In 1961 Brinex also drilled three holes into the Round Pond alteration but did not report any significant

assays. Work by K. Hudson and S. Swinden of the GSC reported a 0.73 g/t Au grab from an alteration

zone found near Round Pond. In 1977 Brinex - Texas Gulf drilled three holes into the Ghost Pond

alteration and reported a DDH intersection of 1.13% Zn over 1.2m. Billiton Exploration Canada Ltd

drilled three holes at Ghost Pond in 1982 and conducted geophysical surveys in the Rust Pond to Round

Pond area.

Figure 7: Rust pond drilling results

The Fifields Pond South showing was discovered during prospecting and mapping in the Crescent Lake area by Teck Explorations Ltd. (Pickett and Clarke, 1989). Reconnaissance stream and soil sampling were also conducted. Anomalous areas were gridded in 1990 and detailed geological mapping and prospecting, magnetics, VLF-EM, and soil geochemical surveys were conducted (Clarke, 1990). Prospecting work resulted in grab samples of 1410 ppb Au and 5920 As (Pickett and Clarke, 1989) 1470 ppb Au and >10,000 As (Clarke, 1990). Also a grab sample in 1996 from outcrop assayed 2.27 g/t Au (Saunders and Harris, 1996).

Current Work

A short prospecting and sampling program concentrated on Licenses 021525M, 021526M and 021527M

was also conducted during Nov 3th to Nov 9th 2013 by Robert Freeman and Leon Curlue owner of West

Bottom Drilling Springdale NL. The principal target mineral of focus was gold however sampling

attention was placed on identifying any type of mineralization in the field. The field crew also reviewed

the terrain in view to identifying the best access route for mobilizing equipment that may be required

for future stripping and/or drilling. The crew also examined the areas of reports showings and prospects

to confirm the nature of any past stripping work and determine the location of past drill holes.

A total of 31 surface samples were taken and assayed during the course of the 2013 field work. After

review, promising samples were selected, sealed in shipping bags and sent for assay work to Eastern

Analytical Ltd in Springdale NL for ICP analysis of 30 elements and fire assay for gold. Blanks and

standards were inserted at the assay lab for quality control and standard reporting purposes. All

samples, for the most part, were obtained from outcrop rock. All data was recorded in field notes by the

prospector. Location data was obtained using Garmin 76CSX hand held GPS units and referenced to

UTM NAD 27 Zone 21.

The results of the 2013 assay work were disappointing however there is value in the samples particularly

in planning future exploration work. Known showings were purposely excluded from this sampling

program as the effort was placed on reconnaissance of other areas with no or limited past data. Details

of the sample location and descriptions are given in table_ With the inclusion of laboratory duplicates

and standards 36 assays are applicable to the 2013 prospecting samples.

A second short prospecting program was conducted Oct 11 – Oct 15 2014, on all three claim licenses.

On claim license 021526M particular attention was paid to the area with similar geology encountered at

the Chignic gold prospect located on adjoining claims that are held by another party. This field work

focused on reconnaissance prospecting and sampling of gravel pit areas that were recently stripped by

the quarry permit holder, local access roads and along highway 380. Attention was placed on locating

gossan zones, mafic intrusions, felsic - mafic contact areas, quartz veining and Cherty iron formations.

This work was successful in locating what appears to be a promising area containing numerous similar

features over what may be a bigger strike area than at the Chignic Showing.

A total of 6 samples were taken from license number 021526M and prepared for future assay work.

These samples were selected from among numerous others that were reviewed in the field. The most

notable samples were taken from a heavy gossan zone that was uncovered by recent gravel quarry work

performed by others. Within this zone our hand stripping efforts revealed the existence of a series of

quartz veins striking NNW. These veins range in width from 5 cm to over 25cm, they are cutting a cherty

iron formation and what appears to be a gabbro dyke. There is evidence of deformed felsic rock

fragments at the nearby contact seen in the outcrop. Visual pyrite and chalcopyrite were seen at 1-2% in

the samples. Specularite coating in fracture fills was also noted along with sparse arsenopyrite.

A total of 4 samples were selected for future assay among many that were field examined on license

number 021525M. These samples are listed and described in table_ as 25M1, 25M2, 25M3 and 25M4.

Figure_ below is an aerial map showing the sample locations and other details. Most of the 2014 work

on license 021525M took place along and within short distances from highway 380 that runs through

the claim area.

Figure 13: Sample plot map license 021525M

Claim license 021527M was visited at two locations one being the area of the Fifields Pond South gold

showing that was described as a gold showing in the Mineral Occurrence Database System The Fifields

Pond showing consists of disseminated pyrite and arsenopyrite in siliceous siltstone of the Shale Wedge

Zone in sedimentary rocks of the Upper Ordovician or Lower Silurian Sops Head Complex. The Published

location is 0581850E 5476500N. A grab(?) sample collected in 1989 from a quartz, sericite shear zone in

siltstone returned an assay of 1410 ppb Au and 5920 As (Pickett and Clarke, 1989). A grab sample of

siltstone taken in 1990 assayed 1470 ppb Au and >10,000 As (Clarke, 1990). Grab sample from 1996

from outcrop assayed 2.27 g/t Au (Saunders and Harris, 1996). Very few details are available; however

the nature of the occurrence suggests a structural control on mineralization. Clarke (1990) suggests that

late granitic intrusions may be the source of metal-rich fluids responsible for deposition of metals along

brittle fractures. This may be a good guide in future prospecting.

Sample numbers 27M3 and 27M4 were taken from the Fifields Pond South Showing and from another

outcrop approximately 250 meters NE that appears to have been hand trenched sometime in the past,

however no records of this work have been located in the published files.

The area prospected was difficult to reach and required walking a considerable distance from an old

logging trail located to the SE. These samples are plotted on the Figure _ aerial map and described in

Table_

The second location visited on license 021527M was in the western most part of the claim license.

Several outcrops were examined along the Tommy’s River samples 27M1 and 27M2 were selected for

future assay. These samples are plotted on the Figure _ Aerial map and are described in table _

Figure 14: Aerial map sample plots license 021527M

We consider the western part of license 021527M to be of interest in future prospecting. This is due to

the exposed outcrop on high ridges that can be seen in the aerial map, its relatively close proximity to

the Chignic Gold Prospect and the geological features identified in published maps and data. The area is

also near the contact of a magnetic high with a low as seen in figure 4, 1st vertical gradient - 1996

airborne survey.

Due to budgetary reasons the 2014 samples have not yet been assayed at the time of writing. They have

been described and recorded in detail with location data. After review in the field, the most promising

samples were selected, sealed in shipping bags and stored for future assay work.

Recommendations

The results obtained from the current work combined with the past results serve to demonstrate the

existence of gold and base metals mineralization in quantities of interest that warrant more detailed

exploration work. The samples obtained in October 2014 from claim license 021526M should be sent for

laboratory assay as soon as possible.

Should the assay results from the 2014 samples prove promising, the area of license 021526M that

adjoins the claims covering the Chignic gold prospect should be examined in greater detail by

establishing a cut grid followed by prospect and sampling, soil sampling, geological mapping and ground

based IP geophysics survey.

Following success in the above suggested work, it is further recommended that a detailed exploration

program that includes grid development and line cutting, prospecting and sampling, geological mapping,

ground based geophysics be performed over a larger portion of the property.

Research using the NL geoscience Atlas system indicates that all core from past diamond drilling at the

copper prospects located on claim license 021525M is stored at the government core storage locations

Page 31: Year 1 work report claim licenses 021525M, 021526M and 021527M · YEAR 1 WORK REPORT CLAIM LICENSES 021525M, 021526M AND 021527M Map Sheet: NTS 2E / 05 Roberts Arm Assessment Period

in Pasadena and Springdale. Inquiries should be made to arrange to view and sample this stored core

with emphasis placed examining and hopefully assaying the base metal core from the Rust Pond Round

Pond past drilling for un-assayed core sections and assay of the higher grade base metals sections for

gold. This could prove to be beneficial and be of considerably lower cost than new drilling. It could serve

very well to guide future work

Proposed 2015 Exploration Plan

The following exploration budget and recommendations are made based on;

review of the area geology and further study of the historic past producing mines of the region

the location of new discoveries made in the area by other operators,

the available past technical reports for the property and

the results obtained from sampling work in the recent site visit,

The claim holder should implement a Phase 1 program of exploration work and data consolidation on

the entire property. This work program should include geochemistry and geophysical investigations

performed by prospectors, geologists and independent technical advisors. The work should be targeted

to re-examine the historic mineral showings, further explore the recent discoveries and explore new

areas that exhibit promise.

The phase 1 exploration plan will involve a combination of prospecting, soil sampling, geology mapping

and field investigations using a reliable geophysical instrument, followed by laboratory assay work and

development of a NI 43-101 compliant technical report by an independent NI qualified person. The

Technical report will include:

Review all historical data and assessment reports

Site visit and review of known showings

Prospecting and sampling program along an established grid

Geological confirmation traverses

Review of 2013 -14 exploration work results and field geologist reports

Report and compilation

Recommendations and conclusions in the form of a final report
