    Assalam o alaikum sir,

    Letter for having dificulties to boost out sales in faisalabad region.

    Dear sir,

    First of all thanks to ask us about dificulties that we face in faisalabad.so

    the dificulties are as under,

    1.We have not received any kind of samples,literatures from last four months

    which are the basic tools to get sales of any product.

    2.In faisalabad LIVER CENTER is our main sale point for LIVITAL but

    unfortunately we have nearly losed our sales just because of lack of samples.

    3.From some times some companies launch their products as our competitor in

    market.They are doing some heavy activities on doctors to make their place in

    market but unfotunately we are not having such kind of activities.

    4.We are losing our main prescribers like DR. HASSAN AKHTAR

    BUKHARI,DR.KHALID MUSTAFA etc. just because of lack of samples and gifting

    whereas our competitors are more activated now and get benefits.

    5.We are also facing the manufacturing fault of LIVITAL in some batches that isalso not going in our favour.

    6.DR.ASIF RAZA KHAN he is our main prescriber in JHANG but he nearly refuse to

    gave us more business just because of having complaints about LIVITAL.

    7.DR.KASHIF BAJWA he is our main prescriber in TOBA but he has also nearly

    refuses bust because of bad comitment,that we donot entertain him on time.

    8.We are having a product by the name of REBCA from near about 7 month but

    still we are not having any kind of knowledge and literatures about the product

    and distributor is also very distrubed about that product.

    9.Recently we have received a product by the name of OPEROS but there is the

    same mentioned problem that we are facing.

    10.We are also having some good sales in EYEDROPS but we have also lost the

    sales just because of lake samples.

    11.At the start of every new year all companies are gifting the doctors in shape of

    calenders,dairies,pencils but we dont.

    12.Head office response is also very cool,salary is not coming on proper

    times,when field force is coming out from home they are having an object in their

    mind that I have to get sales from doctors but when he is not having money in his

    pocket what can he do,sales or to solve financial problems at home.even for

    visiting cards we have waited for nearly one month but still no response.

    REQUIRMENTS:

    1.SAMPLES AND LITERATURES OF ALL PRODUCTS INCLUDING PROPER

    LAUNCHING OF NEW PRODUCTS.

    2.SOLVE THE MANUFACTURING PROBLEMS OF LIVITAL.

    3.ENTERTAINED THE DOCTORS ON TIME.

    4.SOME BEAUTIFUL GIFTS FOR OUR MAIN PRESCRIBERS.

    5.SALARY OF FIELDFORCE ON TIME.

    6.ARRIVAL OF STOCK AT DISTRIBUTOR ON TIME.

    Dear sir,

    I am sure that after the completion of these requirements we are able to get

    some good results but it doesnt happened at once,it will take some time and be

    sure that these requirements will be honoured soon.
