WORKING STRUCTURE
WORKING STRUCTUREAbove diagram explains the working structure between Buyer, Arrow India International and Supplier. PO (Purchase order) will generate on the name of supplier and buyer will issue the same PO to Arrow India International and Arrow India will issue the PO to supplier and after the order sheet received by the supplier, sampling & approval will take place between Arrow India International and Buyer and Arrow India will give all the updates and status to the buyer with TNA excel (Time and Action plan), Arrow India will do the inspection of the good and send all the reports to the buyer for approval and after the buyers approval Arrow India will release the shipment, Arrow India will be responsible for the delivery and Arrow India will coordinate with supplier to deliver the good on time and if there will be any delay Arrow India will advise the Buyer before the delivery, But Arrow India have supplier who delivers the good 98.5% on time.
SUPPLIERSOur suppliers are from south India & north India. In south India Tirppur is "knitwear capital" of India. It has spurred up the textile industry in India for the past three decades. It contributes to a huge amount of foreign exchange in India. The city being enriched as a knitwear capital of India, exports of 50 billion worth of goods. In addition to investment of 920 million on infrastructure and factory buildings about 3 billion is being invested on machinery. There are nearly about 3000 sewing units, 1326 knitting units, 730 dyeing units and other ancillary units. Our supplier are well known for there work and goodwill, they are certified and have compliance factories. We have 45 supplier all over India and we have very strong sourcing in all kind of products, we are working with best and reliable supplier in term of price, production & delivery.
