Aquatics Master Plan

• City Council approved an additional $4 million to Aquatics Capital Improvement Program for a fourth pool in District I on August 8, 2017.

Considerations

• A neighborhood and site comparison was conducted to evaluate both locations for pool placement and staff has created a selection model using several criteria, including, performance history and other data.

• Staff evaluated several sites for a potential pool in District I, however only Edgemoor and McAdams possess the existing infrastructure that would be required for a pool.
