Eligibility:

The CIVITAS Award is open to all cities that have signed the CIVITAS Declaration and are a member of the CIVITAS Forum Network. If your city is not a Forum member yet, please complete and sign the CIVITAS Forum Declaration.

No more than one application can be submitted per category.

Evaluation criteriaTo be rewarded, your application should demonstrate how an integrated set of mobility measures you have implemented has transformed your city, and helped make it a smarter and more liveable place. The approaches and solutions of your city should be clearly highlighted in the application form and justified with pictures (i.e. before/ after pictures), video(s), or other type of testimonial. The Transformation Award will honour the magnitude of the transformation realised. This transformation should also have occurred recently.

Selection ProcessThe category IV award winner will be selected by the CIVITAS Political Advisory Committee (PAC) based on the merits of its application.

Applications will be collected and forwarded to the PAC members for evaluation and voting. A decision will be reached by 1 September 2019. You

will be informed accordingly in order to begin preparing for the Award ceremony in Graz on 3 October 2019.
