Born in 1991 as an Abland in-house property management initiative, Abreal has evolved over the past two and a half decades to provide various property related and full turn-key solution to its clients. Abreal invested in developing personnel skills, through training and using healthy resources to build a dynamic team. Abreal has expanded into a formidable company managing properties within the Abcon Group and external properties. Abreal has evolved beyond the basic property management role and can provide a wide range of functions.

Facilities Management is a profession that encompasses multiple disciplines to ensure the functionality of the built environment by integrating people, place, process and technology.

There are several different models for delivering Facility Management services and as Abreal we have opted to focus on a total solution for our clients rather than limiting ourselves only to contract management.

Facilities Management can be split into two key areas being “soft “and “hard“ services.

Due to Abreal’s approach towards a total solution we are in the position to offer the following services to both our clients as well as tenants: Occupational health and safety planning, Space planning, Alterations and additions, Procurement of services, Utility management, Tenant

installations, Performance management, Telephony and Environmental management.

The strategic implementation of our call centre and dedicated Operation Managers with a hands-on approach help us understand the property and its different dynamics, allowing us to focus our energy on key factors that require special attention.

As Facility Managers and through strategic partnerships, joint ventures, subsidiary companies or in-house resources we manage to drive down the operating expenses whilst still dealing with reputable service providers. This ultimately makes the property more affordable, increasing the value of the asset but also ensuring a quality service for the client and optimizing the lifespan of the mechanical equipment.

Abreal Urban, a division of Abreal, specialises in precinct development and management, to ensure asset value growth. We also manage undeveloped land, ensuring the value is retained.

Abreal Projects was formed on the back of the very successful Abcon Group, as an in-house project management services division. Though we are still an integral part of the Abcon Group, we now stand firmly as a separate company. We have since grown our service offering to include project management for building construction and full turn-key tenant installation

services for a variety of high profile clients.

Abreal Projects is known within the industry for its agility and we pride ourselves on our solution driven approach. We undertake small to medium size developments; expansion, renovation and upgrades of existing premises, as well as turn-key tenant installations.

From concept design and financial feasibility, through to execution and handover, our turn-key offering provides our clients with peace of mind, superior quality, and a cost effective solution, whilst delivering within agreed time lines.

Abreal Technology is a division of Abreal and was established in November 2015.

We are a services company that provides technology integration services to the Abcon Group of companies.A percentage of our business also stems from 3rd party clients.

We design, supply, install and maintain a wide selection of CCTV

Surveillance Systems and Public Address Systems.Our clients range from small retail and commercial tenants to large property developers.

Abreal Technology has also developed a Vacant Land Management Surveillance Tower that monitors and protects the integrity of vacant land sites earmarked for later development.

Abreal realized that providing quality business environments go far beyond what is provided within a single building. It’s also about tracking the behaviour and needs of tenants and then seeing to those needs. It’s due to this insight that Abreal decided to establish Over & Above Business Benefits. This division of Abreal identifies each tenant’s need and implement services that

can accommodate those needs. By understanding that today’s business people are pressed for time and confronted with the challenge of balancing multiple tasks and demands, Over & Above creates the most cutting edge benefits for businesses as well as promoting a more enjoyable office atmosphere.
