During the Proof of Concept and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) phases, the funding has been 100% from the product’s CEO, which is currently owned by his consulting company, Left Coast Consulting Ltd of British Virgin Isles (1972375).

Once the ICO has started and investment funding is inbound, the plan is to set up a new company registered in Zug, Switzerland, once the ICO is underway. As soon as this new Swiss company is set up, then all ownership, titles and contract will be moved to this new company. Including all the Simple Agreements For Tokens (SAFT’s) signed for with the investors.

The reason we have chosen to wait until the ICO has started to then set up a standalone company and banking structure in Zug, which is the Silicon Valley for Cryptocurrencies was simply so that all the initial funding was directed to the development of the MVP and the operational and marketing setup.
