4. Fill the syringe with 20 ml of air and attach it onto the Jig’s cap.Now press air into the cartridge until you hear a soft click noise.You will need some energy. In most cases the click will happenif you have compressed the air in the syringe to a volumebetween 5 and 10 ml! Then dismount the syringe.This has to be done only ONCE per cartridge BEFORE youperform the FIRST REFILL!

2. Open the Jig and insert the cartridge upside-down.Make sure that the cartridge is moved to the back panel,otherwise the filler neck will be damaged.

Close the quick clamp.
Close the cap carefully. The filler neckhas to be adapted into the ink outlet.
6. Turn the Jig back onto the base and dismount the syringe.Open the quick clamp. The cartridge will be stucked to thefiller neck. .
Now the cartridge is refilled.
Remove it carefully
5. Fill the syringe with the wanted amount of inkand remove the air out of it. Fix it onto the Jig.Now turn the Jig onto the front side and slowlypress the ink into the cartridge.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:Because the filler neck is a very sensitivecomponent of the Jig, we cannot acceptguarantee at wrong handling or mechanicaldamage!
1. Because you cannot see how many ink is still in a used cartridge, it isimportant to evacuate the old ink. Skipping this step will cause overfillingand leakage. You can use the EP Single Jig for this process.
