By submitting artwork, photography or mixed media for display in the Fall 2019 Harlem Valley Climate SmART

Project, I/we agree:

• To allow the collaborating municipalities to feature my/our work (including in media, properlycredited) as part of an intermunicipal Climate Smart Communities exhibit that will be transportedand displayed in each of the participating communities (namely, the Towns of Amenia, Dover andNorth East).

• To utilize this venue as an opportunity to raise awareness and educate others about climatechange on humanity and our natural environment and to inspire increased personal responsibilityand collective consciousness to take proactive and restorative actions to reduce or eliminate itsnegative impacts.

• The Harlem Valley Climate SmART Project committee will endeavor to safeguard submissions butcannot be responsible for unintended damage or copying.

• The Harlem Valley Climate SmART Project committee will make final decisions about displayingsubmissions based on factors including, among others, size, transportability, and appropriatenessof content.
