De las cuatro variables analizadas se observa lo siguiente:

La altura total de las plantas es la variable con un porcentaje mayor 28.4 %, hay diferencias altamente significativas entre la población Lomas de Rogel (9.79 ± 3.66) y las demás, le sigue Jalcomulco con (5.38 ± 4.28), las poblaciones de Los Frailes y S. Manuel Díaz son más parecidas (4.58 ± 3.992 y 4.85 ± 3.32) respectivamente, población de Descabezadero es la que presenta una menor altura total (2.95 ± 3.85)
