An important role in any organisation is that of the Supervisor. But what does it mean to be a Supervisor, and how can you improve on your performance?

This essential training course has been developed to ensure that delegates attending the course within the Supervisory role, fully understand their job, the requirements for the organisation and in so doing become better-performing Supervisors in their role. It concentrated on the key aspects of what being a Supervisor entails, focusing on leadership, management and how to be more effective in the workplace. This PetroKnowledge course will also involve focusing on communication and interpersonal skills as well as problem solving techniques and performance management. There will be emphasis on team Work and team building to ensure all-round development. This is essential development for anyone in the Supervisory role.

This comprehensive training course consists of two modules which can be booked as a 2-Week Training event, or as individual, 5 Day courses.

Participants to this PetroKnowledge training course will receive a thorough training on the subjects covered by the course outline with the Tutor utilising a variety of proven adult learning teaching and facilitation techniques. Training methodology includes specific case studies relating to the core competencies, targeted exercises which bring out the core areas on the course, relevant videos relating to the topics being discussed and targeted self-assessment tools to ensure learning is fully embedded during the course. MODULE I - BUILDING LEADERSHIP CORE COMPETENCIES

Day One: Leadership: Self-awareness to Growth

Day 1 focuses on the leadership core competencies around you: your own self-awareness, personal power and leadership style. Using this information you can then begin to develop yourself to become a more effective and inspirational leader.

Invoicing and Payment• Our fees include course presentation, relevant materials, physical & digital documentation, lunch and refreshments

Cancellation of Courses• It may be necessary for PetroKnowledge to amend or cancel any course, course times, instructors, dates or published

fees due to unforeseen circumstances and we reserve the right for such changes• Any amendments will be advised before the course start date and any bookings already paid in full will not be subject

to increased fees

Cancellation by Client• Once you have completed your booking, received your confi rmation of enrolment and a dated payment Invoice, you

are deemed to have a contract with PetroKnowledge. You reserve the right to cancel this contract given the below terms• All cancellations must be received in writing at [email protected] and [email protected] at least 14

days prior to the training• After the cancellation period has expired, consideration may be given, on a case to case basis, if a registered delegate
