Amway Sales & Marketing Plan (Core Plan)To recognise and reward your hard work and achievements, Amway offers an attractive bonus system. You generate points on products sold. Bonuses are based on the points generated by you and the ABOs you sponsor. Bonuses, award pins, and additional recognition for business building are designed to encourage your growth and performance.

Monthly BonusesIt pays to build your business. With the Amway Core Plan, you can earn monthly bonuses for your performance and that of the ABOs you sponsor and support.

From sales volume to bonus.

When you calculate your bonus all you need to know is the total PV and BV of all your orders for a full month1 – that is your sales volume. If you have a business group, you also need to know their sales volumes to calculate your overall bonus. There is a ratio between PV and BV. The total of all PV determines your bonus percentage level and the total BV determines the amount of bonus you can receive. If you have downlines who are also eligible for a bonus this will be deducted from your Gross Performance Bonus.

Performance Bonus Schedule

PV stands for Point Value. PV determines your qualification level.

Nearly all products have a PV. The total PV of all product orders placed by you and your group together for the month determines your bonus level. This table shows you the PV amount you need to earn per month in order to qualify for the different Performance Bonus percentages.

BV stands for Business Volume. BV is used to calculate your Performance Bonus.

All products with PV have a BV value, which determines the size of the bonus you will receive at a certain bonus percentage level.

Beyond the 21% Performance Bonus, you can earn additional bonuses such as the 6% Leadership, 4% Foster and 2% International Leadership bonuses, plus 1% Depth and 2% Ruby bonuses, all of which mean an increase to your income and recognition within the Amway community.The purpose of Leadership, Foster and International leadership bonuses is to provide an incentive for ABOs to display strong, sustainable leadership skills by developing downline ABOs into new 21% groups.The purpose of the Monthly Depth Bonus is to motivate and reward ABOs who are able to extend their qualified legs past the first level downline. The Monthly Depth Bonus is an incentive for developing leaders in depth and it rewards market growth.The purpose of the Ruby bonus is to reward those ABOs who achieve Ruby Volume (20,000 Ruby PV) in one month.

Annual BonusesAnnual Emerald, Diamond and Diamond Plus Bonuses are the portion of the Core Plan. Annual Emerald and Diamond Bonuses are designed to be an incentive and a reward for ongoing, long-term business growth, which is demonstrated by sponsoring 21% legs, and by the amount of national annual volume they generate. The Diamond Plus Annual Bonus is an incentive that rewards the development of width.

Core Plan Two-Time Cash Awards (TTCAs)The introduction of Global Award Recognition (GAR) Programme awards ABOs based on their global performance across multiple businesses. The TTCA Programme was designed to enhance how new qualification and subsequent requalification are rewarded, increasing the incentive to adapt business strategies that lead to the development of sustainable businesses.

ABOs can earn global cash bonuses for new qualified award levels above the highest historical award of their top performing multiple businesses.

The new requalification incentives for TTCA have been designed to reinforce our strategic focus on building sustainable businesses.

In PY 2020/21, GIP awards range from £75/€95 to £750/€950 per month!1With your Amway business, there are so many ways to grow and earn incentive awards.

Leader Development (LD)The LD programme focuses on the balanced structure of your Amway business, leading to the increase of your Core Plan bonuses. It helps you grow to Platinum and even further, rewarding and supporting your efforts on a monthly basis. LD rewards ABOs with active personal performances reaching at least the 12% level as per the Amway Core Plan, and supporting minimum three (3) legs to reach certain levels.

IMPORTANT! LD history for each ABO starts counting from September 2016: once ABOs finish EP 1 to EP 5, they are no longer eligible for that or lower EP; once ABOs are eligible for EP 6 bonus, they are not eligible for lower EPs throughout duration of LD.

Additional information• Earning Period (EP) is a period within which the ABO can earn a certain number of LD

bonuses. There are six (6) different EPs as per Qualification criteria summary table.

• EP is individual for each ABO and starts from the first month when the LD bonus is earned.

• Only in-market legs (Personal and Foster) generate LD bonuses.

• To earn the respective LD bonus the ABO has to meet three (3) qualification criteria in the same month:

100 or 200 Personal PV (PPV)1 respectively

12% (min 2,400 GPV), 15% (min 4,000 GPV), 18% (min 7,000 GPV) Performance Bonus level or Silver Producer (Q) as per the Core Plan, respectively;

Support at least three (3) frontline legs to qualify at a minimum 3%-3%-3%, 6%-6%-6%, 9%-6%-6%, 9%-9%-6%, 9%-9%-9% or 12%-12%-12% Performance Bonus level, respectively.

Qualification criteria for ABOs below Founders Platinum (FPL) level• All new ABOs and those ABOs who finish PY 2019/20 with the highest Pin level below FPL,

provided they were not eligible for EP 5 or EP 6 throughout duration of the LD, start or continue with EP 1 - EP 4 depending on each ABO LD history.

• EP 1 lasts for a maximum of six (6) months starting from the first LD qualification month. The maximum number of LD bonuses within EP 1 is three (3). Similar principle applies to other EPs (for details have a look at the table on the previous page).

• Each bonus amount depends on qualification criteria met by an ABO in a certain month and varies from £75/€95 to a maximum of £375/€475 LD bonus within EP 1. Meeting higher criteria within a certain EP will generate a respective higher bonus but will not start a new EP for a higher level.

• An ABO can move to the next EP after receiving the maximum number of payments or once the previous EP is over, whatever comes first. There is no restriction to the number of months between EPs as each ABO is given the opportunity to build their business at their own pace.

• Once the ABO finishes a certain EP they are no longer eligible for that or lower EP. LD history for each ABO starts counting from September 2016. Please note that August 2021 is the last month to earn any LD payment.

Qualification criteria for ABOs at Founders Platinum level and above• All ABOs who finish PY 2019/20 as FPL or above are eligible either for EP 5 or EP 6:

EP 5 has a duration of sixty (60) months with maximum twenty-four (24) payments and EP 6 has a limited duration of thirty-six (36) months with maximum thirty-six (36) payments. EP is individual for each ABO and starts from the first month when the LD bonus is earned.

ABOs move to EP 6 after EP 5 duration is over. Once ABOs are eligible for EP 6 bonus, they are not eligible for lower EPs throughout duration of LD.

• ABOs can earn FULL, HALF or NONE LD bonus within EP 5/EP 6 depending on ABO business development:

FULL EP 5 or EP 6 payment in PY 2020/21

ABOs who grow in Pin in PY 2019/20 vs PY 2018/19.

ABOs who requalify in Pin in PY 2019/20 vs PY 2018/19, provided the number of their Q months coming from Personal or Foster legs (maximum twelve (12) Qs per leg within a PY) is maintained, increased or decreased by a maximum of three (3) Qs.

ABOs who decrease in Pin in PY 2019/20 vs PY 2018/19, provided the number of their Qs is maintained or increased.

HALF EP 5 or EP 6 payment in PY 2020/21

ABOs who requalify in Pin and decrease by four (4) or more Qs in PY 2019/20 vs PY 2018/19.

ABOs who decrease in Pin and Qs in PY 2019/20 vs PY 2018/19.

If ABOs grow in Pin level within PY 2020/21 vs PY 2019/20, they become eligible for FULL EP 5/EP 6 right away.

NONE EP 5 or EP 6 payment in PY 2020/21

ABOs who were eligible for HALF or NONE EP 5 or EP 6 in PY 2019/20 are eligible for NONE in the current PY if in PY 2019/20 vs PY 2018/19 they either decreased in Pin and Qs or requalified in Pin while number of Qs decreased by four (4) or more.

If ABOs grow in Pin level within PY 2020/21 vs PY 2019/20, they become eligible for FULL EP 5/EP 6 right away.

One-Time bonus for twelve (12) rolling Q months• ABOs who finish PY 2015/16 at below FPL level and have twelve (12) rolling Q months, are

eligible for a £2,250/€2,850 “One-Time 12 rolling Q months” bonus (OT 12RQM), provided they did not earn it since September 2016.

• WOW! Rolling Q months start counting from PY 2019/20.

• WOW! ABOs below FPL earning an OT 12RQM bonus become eligible for LD EP 5 bonus right away.

Please note that August 2021 is the last month to qualify for OT 12RQM payment as it is going to be discontinued.

Amway™ Core Plus+ Discretionary Incentives ProgrammeWith the support of the founding families, Amway is investing even more in ABO compensation with a once in a generation programme, Core Plus+. Core Plus+ will mean meaningful income from selling and structure with greater alignment to the Core Plan. Core Plus+ discretionary incentives are separate from and in addition to the Core Plan. They help reward key achievements of ABOs in building a sustainable and profitable business.

Main Core Plus+ goals are

Performance Plus (PP) and Performance Elite (PE) Incentives+ As you grow past full volume (10,000 PV), you can earn bonuses and discretionary incentives for building width and generating even more sales volume. Increase your monthly bonuses with rewards of up to 4% from the Performance Plus and Performance Elite Incentives+ through the Core Plus+ AND earn an additional 2% from the Ruby Bonus through the Core Plan.

How to qualify?

To qualify for the PP and PE Incentives+ and the Core Plan Ruby Bonus1 each month generate:

• A minimum amount of Ruby Volume for each incentive and bonus

• 200 or more Personal PV

LTS Qualification criteria

• Emeralds and above are automatically qualified for an invitation for the LTS.

• Platinum to Founders Sapphire (FSAP) inclusive require a minimum of 8 Structure months and 30.000 Ruby Volume in PY 2020/21 and respective Q months based on their LTS timer:

First-time qualification to the LTS means that your last LTS qualification was in the PY 2014/15 or earlier.

All LTS qualifiers require to have Platinum Certification Test passed prior to LTS. Platinum tests passed before PY 2020/21 also count.

Terms And Conditions

The terms of the discretionary programmes, including but not limited to GROWTH INCENTIVE PROGRAMME, CORE PLUS+ INCENTIVES PROGRAMME, NEW FOUNDERS ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS and BUSINESS SEMINARS INCENTIVES may be revoked, cancelled, modified or conditioned by Amway at any time, at its sole discretion.

Prior to approving qualification, Amway may track and verify volumes leading to ABO’s qualification throughout the period of qualification and up to and including the time the award or bonus is to be disbursed to ensure that the qualification is earned in accordance to the Amway Rules of Conduct and Amway Policies, which can be found under (www.amway.co.uk or www.amway.ie). This website also includes the “Amway Principles on Qualification” document, providing information regarding how the Amway Rules of Conduct are enforced. In addition to the performance criteria and adherence to the Amway Rules of Conduct, ABOs must be in good standing and not in breach of their ABO contract with Amway throughout the period of qualification and up to and including the time the award or bonus is to be disbursed.

Amway may adjust the Growth Incentive Programme components or any other discretionary elements considering the market situation at any time, at its sole discretion. The participation in the LTS, DC or any other incentive event requires the fulfilment of the relevant qualification criteria and is at the sole discretion of Amway upon written invitation prior to the event.

All income amounts mentioned in this document are earned bonus amounts without VAT.
