Identify, evaluate and present the best potential talent suiting the clients specifications, leading to a

successful hire.

Pitch the assignment and engage in evolved conversations with top candidates to attractively

position the mandate.

Manage engagement with the strongest candidates through the entire process, right till the final

placement at the clients organization.

Prepare incisive client and candidate related reports and documents.

Drive regular research reviews internally as well as with clients.
