Termination styles are design specific based on customer connector requirements.

Standard ter-minations offer various IP rated backshell solutions. Over-molded assemblies offer molded seal to rear hardware of the connectors, offering significantly improved moisture sealing. Hazardous listed assemblies offer full backshell potting options, or EX rated cable glands.

Consult Amphenol for availability of size 12 RADSOK.Twisted hyperbolic, stamped grid of the RADSOK design ensures a large coaxial, face-to face surface area engagement.Termination type is based on the connector series used.

Each series meets the performance levels of that series. Operating temp. from –55°C to +125°C. IP67 rating on GT and 5015; IP65 rating on P-Lok. RADSOK perfor-mance: 50A to over 500A continuous duty. Up to 150% higher ampacity vs. stan-dard contacts. Sig-nificant reduc-tion in insertion/removal forces vs. standard contacts. Lower contact resistance reduces heat build-up, thereby allow-ing higher current at given tempera-ture limitations.
