Conduct preliminary steps:– Identify the Needed Teachers per

specialization/track offering per school.– Publish the Teacher Needs in the conspicuous place

in the division office.Request for the Teacher NeedsFollow up the NOSCA for the new teacher itemsPublish allocated teaching items for the SHSAccept applications for screening

INITIATIVES ON SECURING EQUIPMENT

• Provide a list of equipment needed specialization and track offerings

• Coordinate with the LGU and provide them the listing for possible funding.

• Include in the APP for the LSB• Present the list to potential stakeholders during

the stakeholders meeting• Provide TA to schools on how to secure

equipment to possible stakeholders.
