With the explosion of Apps, devices, web-based technologies, and similar innovations, individuals, their
families, and their network of caregivers have a variety of options from which to consider and thus,
employ. This resource guide, developed by Sean J. Smith, provides a well-organized matrix of mobile
apps and links to other resources that can help transisioning students address challenges. This resource
accompanied the CTD webinar “Transition Tech Tools to Empower Your Student”. We hope this guide
will be useful to students and their families, teachers, service providers, and others who live and work
with them.
