Today: Share, critique, get ideas from each other.

In groups of three, take turns reading your responses to the interview questions I provided.

Listeners: after each question, talk about the response. 1 person will take notes on a piece of paper, providing written feedback for each question.

As you develop your SBEs, consider the following questions …

• Where was this strength useful?• Did it help you overcome a challenge in a particular situation?

• Point out how a lack of this trait could have been detrimental.

• Why is it important / beneficial to have this strength in the workforce?

• Is there a situation when you dealt with someone (an employee, classmate, teacher, teammate, co-worker) who did not have this trait? How was it difficult / frustrating?

• Summary:

Monday you will turn in final responses to all 10 questions (staple draft copies and feedback notes to back)
