• Where was this strength useful?• Did it help you overcome a challenge in a particular situation?

• Point out how a lack of this trait could have been detrimental.

• Why is it important / beneficial to have this strength in the workforce?

• Is there a situation when you dealt with someone (an employee, classmate, teacher, teammate, co-worker) who did not have this trait? How was it difficult / frustrating?
