Tips on eating healthy and losing weight is a presentation that is focused on sharing some great tips with our viewers who are struggling with healthy eating in their weight loss journey. In this presentation I share some tips as a mom of three who use to be overweight. These healthy eating tips will help with weight loss and help to keep it off. When you eat healthy your body just performs better. Why do you thing athletes are so successful. They treat their bodies like temples. They choreograph every thing they put in their body. Every bite they take is strategical and methodical to help them stay in elite shape. Did you realize nutrition is 80% of your success in weight loss. • Share tips with you that helped me come to a better way of healthy eating.

Who Is Lynn Wyman

• I am a stay at home mom

• I struggled with my weight for several years

• I finally found a way to not just win the battle with obesity but to win the war

This Was Me Almost 2 Years Ago Now

I Got To Point Where Enough Was Enough

• I was overweight• I was lazy• I had no energy• I was depressed• I was embarrassed

• Then It Happened!

It Was Time To Get Started

I Made The Decision

• I was going to lose the weight and keep it off. • I was going to learn how to eat better so I

could be a role model to my children• I wanted my Sexy Back!

My Biggest Problem Was Food

• I loved to eat food period. I was an emotional eater so I ate when I was under stress.

• I ate massive portions to the point I was stuffed.

• I was not active enough for what I ate.• I was not afraid of exercise but I was not

exercising enough.

The Solution Treat Food Like Fuel

• If your serious about losing weight you have to change the way you think about your body.

• When I got started on my challenge I was treating my body like a storage facility.

• You have to learn to treat your body like a high performance Race Car!

Change Your Vocabulary

• Instead of feeding the body your fueling your body.

• If you put high octane food in your tank your body will perform.

• If you feed the body the right fuel your body will lose weight and keep weight off.

• If you try to trick your body your body will trick you back.

Great Tips To Eat Healthy

• When you go to the grocery store shop around the outside of the store.

• You will find all the fresh and perishable foods that your body needs for great fuel.

Stay Away From The Middle Of The Store

• That’s where all the processed foods are that will weigh you down!

You Will Be Amazed

• What eating healthy fresh food will do for you.

• Eat lots of greens

• Eat lean meats like chicken, turkey, and fish

• Hydrate by drinking lots of water all through out the day and with your meals.

When You Go Out To Eat

• This can be a challenge.

• There is a way to eat healthy and not feel guilty

• Check out these great tips no matter where you go.

If Possible Share A Meal

• When you go out the portions are usually 2 -3 times the average portions you should be eating in one serving.

• A great way to meet this challenge head on is share a meal.

• My husband and I split an appetizer, split the main course and almost never get the dessert because we are full.

What If Your By Yourself

• No Worries just ask the wait staff to bring half of the meal to you and package the other half to go.

Other Great Tips

• Portion control is so important. Drink a 8oz glass of water before your meal no matter where you are.

• Use a smaller plate when plating your meal.• Eat controlled bites and chew your food before

swallowing• Wait 5 minutes before you go back for seconds.• Drink a second 8oz glass of water after your

meal.
