Overview
Clever people work smarter not harder. They can identify the importance of things, events and tasks and assign them the right priority. They know they are still accountable when handing over tasks that are a part of their own job. They also value and seek to find the balance between work and personal life and understand that the quality of the real life is a demanding but achievable goal.

Time Management Steps A leader is a manager, but not every manager is a leader: • Invest the original time to get organized – plan
your day • Schedule organizing time -‐ plan your day • Stay current -‐ enter & update information on
your computer daily • Set goals and priorities -‐ plan your day • Accomplish most important tasks first • Read goals everyday • And remember… plan your day
Understand who and what demands your time and how to change this. Start to address this by asking yourself at the top of every hour, “What is the best use of my time right now?”
