• 58% have a library card• 64% have visited library in last year• 70% “very satisfied” with their library• 83% “important” that library provides

computer access, training and support• 29% have used a library website

Half of them did so through magazines and newspapers. QR codes are used to share:

• A simple URL or contact info • Nutrition facts for fast food• Interactive profiles and stories • A greeting for fellow digiphiles
