Steel-Fab designed and manufactured four 56 ft. x 10 ft. crestgates for Dondlinger & Sons Construction Co., Inc., for the LincolnStreet Bridge and Dam Project, located in the main channel of theArkansas River. Steel-Fab's bottom hinged crest gates are operatedwith automated hydraulic equipment and sensors, impoundingmore than 50 acre-feet of water in the flat river channel, safelyand efficiently controlling the level of the river, alongside a boatpassage designed for recreational watercraft.
