DESCRIPTION

Presented at the first "Begin With Yes" Career Fest, presented by the NH Division of Economic Development, in partnership with White Mountains Community College, Public Service of New Hampshire, Logo Loc and media sponsor New Hampshire Business Review. The presentation provides an overview of social networks from a HR/recruiting perspective (in terms of seeking and vetting job candidates), and then shares eight beginning steps for job seekers to take to improve their job search prospects using social channels. The presentation also provides a snapshot of NH's population on Facebook in general, and of Coos County in specific, where the event took place.
