world.

Until the 1950’s Japans economy was not strong

Manufacturing is the strongest part

Known for cars and electronics

Slightly smaller than California

About 30 million people

Real estate prices are the highest in the world

One of the world’s busiest cities

City is noisy and crowded

Japan has a serious lack of space

Competition of economy has begun against other

countries

Overpopulation of Japan is causing air pollution

Advanced technology has helped keep Japans

economy over the top and strong

Companies such as Toyota, Mitsubishi, and Sony

are all Japanese companies

2.How has the land, access to resources and the

government impacted the economies of Japan and the

Koreas?

Japan has a large manufacturing industry and the resources

they get help to make items that people all around the world

use everyday. These items include cars and computers from

companies like Mitsubishi, Toyota, and Sony. When people buy

these products, Japan gets money which raises their economy.
