• Fully renovate existing restrooms • Lighting upgrades throughout (Replace existing fixtures at all renovated areas, Fiction/Non-Fiction,

Teen/Tween, Reference, Periodicals) • Replace Interior Signage • Relocate Periodicals to Reference area • New exterior signage (Monument Sign at Corner) • New small group study rooms, 12 person study room • Replace Door Hardware as required • New Circulation and Reference Desks • Additional self check-out station (Mobile?) • Renovate Existing Canopy o Upgrade exterior façade. Paint all existing plaster, create small courtyard (Friendswood Drive side ) o More Pre-school space o Small snack bar o 8-10 person computer area for instruction (10-12 person classes would remain in large meeting room) o Space for Teen/Tween area in current Periodicals area

1 Million

• Renovation items per ½ Million budget above

o Approx. 2,420 sq.’ building addition: o Expansion of Children’s area

o Create Teen/Tween area within existing building. Move Teen books to Teen area. o New Reading area (Comfortable seating)

2 Million

• Renovation items per ½ Million budget above • Approximate 6,000 sq. ft. of building addition

o Expansion of Children’s area o Teen/Tween addition including additional staff office/work area o New Reading areas (Comfortable seating) o Expand meeting space o Expand shelving area for existing Fiction/Non-Fiction o More extensive exterior façade work o Snack bar
