Paint all existing plaster, create small courtyard (Friendswood Drive side ) o More Pre-school space o Small snack bar o 8-10 person computer area for instruction (10-12 person classes would remain in large meeting room) o Space for Teen/Tween area in current Periodicals area 1 Million • Renovation items per ½ Million budget above o Approx. 2,420 sq.’ building addition: o Expansion of Children’s area o Create Teen/Tween area within existing building.
