Plan Development ● Plan was developed to be fluid● Majority of the slides focus on Phase 1(Most conservative, most intensive,
most nuanced implementation)● Phases are not necessarily linear● Cohorts split alphabetically to the extent possible (Maintains siblings in
same cohort) ● Each phase evaluated for potential adjustments once implemented
In consultation with the health department, no new confirmed cases reported in schools & there is stability in the community, all grades begin full day sessions YET continue the weekly schedules from the last phase (Primary: 4 days a week. Elem & Middle: AA/R/BB). Meals consumed in school.
In consultation with the health department, still no new confirmed cases reported in schools and stability continues in the community, all students will return to their normal school schedule: Grades PreK-8: 5 full days a week!!!
Full Remote
Virtual environments available for those with health needs, quarantine, or parental choice.
In-person Partial Day - Primary 4 Days/Week - Elem - Middle A/B Cohort
Phase 1In-person Full Day - Primary 4 Days / Week - Elem & Middle A/B Cohort
Phase 2In-person Full Day, - Primary & Elem 4 Days / Week - Middle A/B Cohort
Phase 3
Full Return For All!!
Phase 4
In consultation with the health department, still no new confirmed cases reported in schools and stability continues in the community, all grades continue full day sessions. PreK-2 & 3-5 will be 4 days a week. 6-8 will continue on the A/B Cohort (AA/R/BB). Meals consumed in school.
Soft LaunchPrimary grade children (PK-2) can attend 4 partial days a week using an ‘in school’ cohort to maintain social distancing. Elementary (3-5) and Middle (6-8) will use an A/B Cohort model with two days in session, two days remote session. Wednesdays are remote for everyone (AA/R/BB). Meals consumed at home.
This is our most restrictive model and can go into effect any time pending consultation with the health department. For all phases, see Teaching and Learning Practices. Virtual schedules will mirror in person schedules with flexibility.
