The Project Management Methodology (PMM) Dashboard provides project status on key metrics and tracks the status on each PMM phase activity. The Business & Technical “Risk Score” defines which documents are required in each phase. Refer to “Task Requirement Legend”. The dashboard tracks the “Task Requirement” documents and reflects the current status accordingly. Refer to “Phase Status Legend”.
