You see, the team at Ploy knew that IT recruitment and IT services was in need of change.

They weren’t going to sit back and wait for someone to come along and ‘UBERise’ the industry.

For years, the ‘leaders’ in recruitment had been fast asleep. No! there was no poisoned apple. These guys just didn’t want to change.

And why should they? They were the industry ‘leaders’ after all.

Soon, ‘boutique’ agencies started popping up.

They idolised the ‘leaders’ and replicated their outdated service models.

The team at Ploy knew there MUST be a better way.

Ploy dreamed BIG! and discovered a gap in the market.

They realised that when ‘fishing’ for talent, traditional recruiters (both in-house and external) tended to use
