WHAT ARE ADAPTATIONS ?
an adaptation helps animals by letting animals blend in called camouflage .Mimicry helps animals look like another animal: Example monarch butterfly
Camouflage • helps animals blend in.

• Migration – means to move from place to place
Whooping cranes , artic lemmings ,buffalo , whales , sand snipers and many more animals migrate these are just some animals that migrate.
The monarch butterfly looks a lot like vice Roy.
Insulation-doesn’t conduct heat well.

• Animals that lack insulation mostly store fat such as blubber or a heavy coat of fur. Example seal.
Instinct-is inherited Inherited-a behavior that’s not learned such
as eye color, hair color, and skin color.

• This turtle is an example of instinct turtles automatically know to go in there shell if a predator is after it.
Seasonal adaptations are such as gathering food for the winter , hibernation , or burrowing in the ground for winter to sleep. Most animals increase activity during Autumn to prepare for winter.
