An overview of our planned

Arrival in NYC

Battery Park, Manhattan, NYC, NY…

The Ride Begins!

Day 1:Battery Park, NYC to

One of the toughest hills that we encountered on the entire trip. We hit

50 mph on the way down.

We had a bike get broken on this day.

And a person slightly broken.

But we kept riding and made our day into a century ride!

Then, we drained a few gallons of water from the campground’s hot

tub.

Day 5: Pomona Campground to

Seashore Campground, NJ: 58

miles

Atlantic City, NJ

Mr. White got a flat tire for the first time!

And a few broken spokes.

Day 7: Ocean City to Janes Island State Park,

MD: 56.4 miles

We went kayaking before the ferry left.

We had a cookout in honor of our last night

on the road.

Day 10: Porteus VI to Old Mill Park,

Fredericksburg, VA: 32 miles, The Last Day!

Some of us sprinted all the way down Route 3 at 25 mph just so we

could get the Slurpees we had been awaiting for the whole trip and

still be ahead of everyone else.
