The Lion King | DAMS Musical NYC Trip  

Greetings: In this letter you will find information about the details of the trip as well as what information is needed from you. As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email or message me at any time! The show for this year is The Lion King . I have a specific amount of tickets, so first come, first served.

What you must do : 1. Look over itinerary (schedule of events) 2. Return completed Ticket Order Form 3. Return signed Permission Slip (students only) 4. Return completed Group Request Form (including parent) 5. Checks made payable to DAMS 6. All items due by Friday, April 17th, 2020

Schedule of Events: Date: Wednesday, August 5th, 2020 6:00am: Meet in DAMS Auditorium Lobby 6:30am – 10:30am: Travel to NYC via Bailey Coach 10:30 – 1:30pm: Time in the city ( don’t forget $ for lunch ) 1:40pm: Arrive at the show EARLY...they will NOT seat latecomers 2:00pm: Showtime 4:30pm – 5:25pm Additional time in the city...stay close 5:25pm: Meet at Hard Rock Cafe (Times Square) 5:30 – 7:00pm: Dinner at Hard Rock Cafe 7:30pm: Leave NYC for home 11:30pm: Approximate arrival to Dallastown, PA (Students will be told to begin calling

home when we have reached the Route 30 bridge into York County)

Cost: $215 (payable to DAMS) a. Cost includes all transportation, tips, fees, show ticket, and dinner at HRC b. Lunch is not included c. All funds are NON-refundable !

*Once you have reserved a seat and your plans change, it is your responsibility to find a replacement and communicate who that replacement is with Miss Trauger*
