Contexte :▪ Cancers VADS, 6eme mondial en terme de fréquence
▪ Chirurgie et analyse marges d’exérèse par examen histopathologique extemporané
▪ Délai de chirurgie, manque de sensibilité et possibilité de résection insuffisante
Objectif :Développer un prototype portable d’aide au
chirurgien par imagerie pour identifier les
limites de résections des tumeurs
Solution / Originalité :➢ Imagerie multispectrale en SWIR
➢ Accès à la composition des tissus (eau, lipides, protéines)
➢ Pas d’agents de contraste exogènes
➢ Caméra SNAKE de SOFRADIR non refroidie et compacte
->> Evolution pour endoscopie bi-modale lumière blanche/SWIR
