Visualising your first meeting:

*Task* Close your eyes (yes, really!)

Visualise what your ideal committee meeting looks

like; listen to what I’m saying and imagine what it

looks, sounds and feels like. You have 10 minutes; 5

minutes to visualise, 5 minutes to discuss what you

found with the group.

Now do the same, but imagine you are a

new member walking into your first ever

meeting. What does it looks, sounds and

feel like?
