About the guide• It provides an introduction to an outcomes-focused approach

and how to lead staff (primarily social services practitioners) to practice in this way.

• Builds on the evidence-base around outcomes, including Talking Points

• Aimed at those in a position to lead staff including team leaders, managers and trainers.

• The idea is that they will use the guide to train their staff.
