Booking Form
Any cancellations made after this form has been completed will be subject to cancellation charges as
follows:
All cancellations to bookings must be made 10 working days prior to the start of a course. If a booking is
cancelled within 10 days, the full course fee must be paid in full and Academy of Learning Ltd will retain
the invoiced payment made.
Should any training or consultancy days be cancelled by (THE CLIENT) for whatever reason, then AOL
reserves the right to charge for the work at the appropriate rate. A minimum of 10 days’ notice is required
to avoid full cancellation charges and these will be charged as follows:
Cancellation with less than 10 days’ notice will incur a 100% charge of the total cost.
Cancellation with 11-21 days’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the total cost
Cancellation with 22-28 days plus will incur 25% charge of the total cost
However, AOL will endeavour to accommodate the cancellation or changes in circumstances within the
original proposal where possible.
