Job Description: As Director Training and Development you would be ensuring that members are evolving inKHWAB activities and professional careers; are given ample opportunities and are living the KHWAB values.
You will be collaborating with the TM team as to achieving some of your goals. Director Training and
Development will equip members with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-relatedtasks. Facilitate workshops for new and existing member. Facilitate monthly training sessions. Shareopportunities with members.

Job Description: To develop and maintain website of KHWAB. Create strategies to increase traffic on thewebsite. A web designer is responsible for creating a site or pages, this includes the design, layout and coding.
A web designer create web site designs, drawing up detailed website specifications; Registering web domain
names and organizing the hosting of the website; working with different content management systems;
proofreading content and grammar and making changes where necessary; editing content, debugging code and
re-designing web pages. Bring new plans and ideas and approach the audience.

in the production, of being able to perform in front of an audience and not let it distract you, to
project your performance so that even the people in the back of the theater are able to
participate in it. Being an actor you'll have to play parts that are different from your actual
personality but it's key to try and find that character within yourself, this makes it so much more
