abillmaysubjectacustomertodisconnectionand/ordisconnectionchargesin

accordancewiththeCooperativesrulesandregulations.

Allchargesaresubjecttoapplicabletaxes.

BudgetBilling:Thecustomermayelect,withCooperativeapproval,theoptionofbeingrendereda

budgetbill,whichhastheeffectoflevelingthecustomersmonthlybillamount.

LoadManagementAdjustment:AllcustomersparticipatingintheCooperativesLoadManagementProgramare

eligibletoreceiveacreditontheirbill.Theamountofthemonthlycreditwillbe

determinedundertheprovisionsoftheCooperativesLoadManagement

AdjustmentRider(LM).

SeniorCitizenLowIncomeAssistance

QualifyingcustomerscertifiedbytheCooperativewillbeeligiblefora$12.50

credittobeappliedtotheservicechargeorminimummonthlycharge.

Toqualify,thecustomermustbe62yearsofageorolderwithtotalhousehold

incomeof$15,930orlessperyear,providedthattheelectricserviceisinthe

customersprincipalplaceofresidenceandisindividuallymeteredandinsaid

customersname.
