7. Your answers lie inside of you.

1. Everyone has 24 hours a day.

2. No one knows when time will stop.

3. Time is easy to ignore.

4. Time seems to pass at varying speeds.

5. Time is a non-renewable resource.

There are 1,440 minutes in a day and 29,020 days in an 80

year lifetime.

How much time do you have left ?

80y – 60y = 20 years left

20 ./ . 3 = 6+ sleep years

20y - 6y = 14 years left

14yr x 365d = 5,110 days left

1. Subtract your age from 80 = ___years left

2. Divide years left by 3 for sleep time = _____ then subtract sleep years from years left

3. Multiple years left x 365/year = __total days left

Thinking About Yesterday and Tomorrow

Quality Time Use

1. Stay away from activities and people that do not serve you.

2. Forget the past learn from it.

3. Prepare for the future.

4. Don't save for a special occasion.

Self Talk

1.What your say to yourself in your head goes on 24/7.

2.Self-talk takes place in real time.3.Our bodies react as if our self-talk were

real. 4.Self-talk is heavily influenced by what we

attribute things to. 5.Our self-talk overwhelms other input,

including reality.

6. Negative self-talk gets the loudest when you need it the least.

7. Self-talk can be a major life force.

8. You talk to your self in ways you would never think of talking to someone else.

9. Ultimately if you have negative self-talk you create a toxic internal environment.

10.You need to listen to your body because it for darn sure listens to you.

When you consider that you spend infinitely more time with your "self" -- listening to your

internal dialogue -- than you do to any other person in your life, it

pays to have it on a leash!
