Dates to Remember 

• 3rd Friday of the month – Payroll memo will be on the share and via email – Payroll excel willbe on the share

• 4th Monday of the month – Confirm payroll hours with your lead via email

 – Copy paste excel sheet saying “I confirm that the payroll hoursfor the month of ________ are correct.

• 4th Wednesday of the month

 – Submit hours on gateway

• Confirm your hours – Let your Lead/Tiffani know as soon as possible and email us yourconfirmation

 – You will receive a late paycheck

• Submit your hours – You will receive a late paycheck• All student assistants get paid once a month. On the 15 th of the following month

 – The hours will be rolled over to the following month

 – You must submit the hours from the previous month and the currentmonth.

• Any missed deadlines will be reflected on your evaluation

the end of the month:

You must adhere to the Res Life guidelines anddeadlines. Department deadlines supersede university

deadlines.

• The university stating that my hours were denied:

Common reasons: hours do not match the hours on theexcel sheet, you submitted your hours past the deadline

Working over a Holiday Break

• Meal compensations:

 – I Receive the duty calendar from every AC – 3 hours for meal compensation, per day when on duty

 – Excel sheet will be created

 – You must follow the same procedures

 – If you are work RSA, the hours will be added to your

normal timesheet
