• Enter the URL, User name and Password

• Click on administrator and click on user

• Fill the new user form

• Profile setup

• Add the location information

• Add user into profile and group

• Follow the steps to the add the new user into rules

• Follow the steps to the get report

Enter the URL, User Name and Password

Click on administrator and click on user

Click on add user

Fill the form and click on add

Again got to user present in the administrator

Search the user(1) and click(2)

Add the profile to the new user

Add the more information

Add the user into particular group

• Email the user Credentials

Follow the steps to add the rules

Assign the user to the respective Dept. criteria.

Follow the steps to the get report

Get the report according to the status

• Click green circle(2) for download the file.
