How Does Our Process Work?1) We would conduct a needs assessment with you

during our initial meeting.2) Your Business Specialist Consultant would then

create a Client Project Plan based on results of assessment and submit to you within 48-72 hours.

3) If providing recruiting services, we would create a Job Profile for each position and send it back to you for your review.

4) A Job Order would be created internally for each position so we could start prescreening candidates.

5) Based on the Client Project Plan, we would then begin to work with you to provide the customized services to fulfill your current human resources needs.
